Windows are residential vinyl high efficiency Low E glazed; Argon gas filled. This beautiful single level studio layout offers a substantial bathroom with a large shower a large vanity and a drawer bank, mirrored medicine cabinet, upscale matt black hardware & lighting fixtures, and a residential toilet. The kitchen with standard white quartz counters and backsplash includes a stainless undermount sink with spring style commercial faucet. The appliances consist of a countertop microwave and under the counter 3.1 CF stainless refrigerator with freezer with an optional built-in microwave/range hood and built-in cooktop either propane or electric. Shaker style white cabinets including upgrade hinges and drawer guides with soft close features. Upgrade matt black cabinet and door hardware. The interior of this awesome Tiny is white painted shiplap with crown moulding,5” baseboard and Craftsman window and door trim throughout, including durable vinyl floors, a 32” LED wall mounted TV, ductless heating, and cooling system, 20 gallon electric or gas water heater with an optional tankless system available. The new Cottage series offers a new dimension to Tiny Mountain Houses’ already diverse selection of Tiny houses. This new line has limited options available and only comes with white cabinets and white Quartz. Unfortunately, we do not offer the flexibility of plan modifications with this series. However, the benefit is that completed houses can be built and ready for shipment to you in as little as 8 weeks, Wow!
